Before getting started with building the monster, choose an inspiration picture that you want to base your monster off of. The first structural step to a successful monster is to mold the "body"/base of it. After you do that you should make the individual parts of the monster. These parts can consist of eyes, a nose, a mouth, teeth, horns, eyebrows, etc. When you are finished with the individual parts, scratch and attach them onto the body of your monster. Some features I added were different sized eyes, a frowning mouth, eyebrows and a horn. I did this because I wanted to make a sad/scary looking monster.
